Pielli-Sponsored AI-Notification Bill Passes State House

PA House Rep Chris Pielli's AI-notification bill, which would require companies to disclose the use of AI-created content in their products and advertising, passed the State House 146-54, and now goes to the State Senate for consideration.

The bill's prime sponsor, Rep. Chris Pielli, said it was designed to place guardrails around the use of artificial intelligence to protect consumers."
