Gov Shapiro Signs HB 1278 into Law, Legislation Sponsored by Rep Pielli

Governor Josh Shapiro recently signed HB 1278 into law. The house bill is an extension of the Wiretap Act with improvements made to assist our law enforcement community here in Pennsylvania.

Renewing and improving the wiretap act was an extremely important crime fighting measure, and thanks tp Chris Pielli the law has been modernized!
